Talk about definition! We have never seen a model with such definition. He's ripped as hell. Alexandre works out 6 times/week and does it with free weights + lots of cardio. He's burning each muscle until he cannot lift anymore.

His abs and veins are really impressive. We shot him in France & Switzerland and we are hoping to bring more of Alexandre soon!
